My name is Steve Benedict,and after 35 years in business ownership, I have semi-retired and now research and write articles on a variety of subjects. I edit several Internet blog sites. I served two terms in the Montana House of Representatives and one term in the Senate. Over the years, as Chairman of the Committees on Business and Industry and Health and Human Services, I sponsored or researched literally hundreds of bills. I believe I have a pretty broad knowledge of many issues to share with my readers.

I have a passion for writing and often get in the doghouse with my wife for too many late night research sessions. Gathering information, processing it and writing about different subjects is a passion for me. I write from a combination of research and life experience.
